• Telegram username (optional, for support)
• SIP credentials (generated by us, encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM)
• Call detail records (CDR) — source number, destination, duration, cost, timestamps
• Payment transaction records (amount, status, timestamps — no payment card data is stored)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain SIP calling services
• To process crypto payments and credit your account
• To display your call history and account balance
• To provide customer support via Telegram

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials, bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication with token rotation, and rate limiting across all endpoints. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use OxaPay as our payment gateway for cryptocurrency transactions. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. OxaPay processes payments according to their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Call records are retained as long as they are available in the billing system. You may request account deletion by contacting support via Telegram.
