Common questions about SIPFLUX

How does pay-as-you-go work?
You add balance to your SIP account (minimum €10), and you use that balance for calling. There are no additional fees on your balance—you only pay for the calls you make, per minute. No monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges.
How do I pay?
We accept crypto only. After creating an account and a SIP account (€20 one-time), you add balance to that SIP with a minimum of €10. You are redirected to our payment gateway to complete the transaction. That balance is then used only for calls; no extra fees.
Can I have more than one SIP account?
Yes. You can create multiple SIP accounts. Each new SIP account has a one-time setup fee of €20. Deposits are per SIP — you choose which SIP to top up when you add balance.
What is Custom Caller ID?
You can set your outbound Caller ID to any value you want (within carrier rules). Full control over how your number appears on the receiving end.
Where can I see call rates for my country?
After signing in, open Pricing in your dashboard. Rates are pay-as-you-go per minute and vary by destination.
How do I get support?
