Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

SIPFLUX provides pay-as-you-go SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) calling services. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Billing

• Each SIP account has a one-time setup fee of EUR 20, payable in cryptocurrency.
• Balance top-ups require a minimum of EUR 10, payable in cryptocurrency only.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once credited to your account.
• Balance is shared across all SIP accounts under your user profile.
• Calls are billed per minute according to the route rates displayed on the pricing page.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SIPFLUX services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or activity
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind
• Spam calls or automated robocalling
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Any activity that disrupts or damages our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Caller ID

You may set a custom Caller ID for outbound calls. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Caller ID complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. SIPFLUX is not liable for any misuse of the Caller ID feature.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. SIPFLUX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

6. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time via Telegram support. Remaining balance is non-refundable. We may terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
